The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a 2-year period after the original date of consumer purchase. The manufacturers responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or parts.
The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether the part or parts failed because of defective material, workmanship or other causes. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, or unauthorized repair or alteration. If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace it free of charge including free return transportation. Parts and/or replacement product supplied under this warranty may be new or rebuilt at our option.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sole and only remedy in regard to any defective product shall be the repair or replacement thereof, herein provided, and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages resulting form or caused by any such defects.

Unused parts returned subject to a 20% restocking fee subject to Magnum Powers' approval. .
