Magnum Powers "B" Series Supercharger Kit Project

Magnum Powers is developing a supercharger kit for the Honda "B" Series engine that is based on Magnum Powers MPx, a high performance 90 cubic inch supercharger. The kit will include a special reversing supercharger nose assembly making the supercharger compatible with Honda's counter rotating engines. We will provide project status report updates on this page including status of components under development, performance test results, pricing and schedules, check back often for updates.

Roger McDanial has fabricated a prototype kit on his Honda using the MPx Supercharger case and a few Magnum Powers' components for the T-Bird Super Coupe that he cut and welded to make them fit the Honda plus a whole lot of other parts he fabricated. Performance levels Roger obtained so far and response from the thread is significant enough for Magnum Powers to move forward with the production product. When complete we expect to make 400-500 fwhp, huge torque and instant throttle response.

A production quality supercharger kit has been delivered to Roger McDanial for testing on 7/30/09. The kit will be tested on a fully built Honda B engine to determine fit, function and performance. Stay tuned for updates as they come in.
